Construction
Building dreams step by step.
Boots on the ground and here we go! It's time to start from the ground up.

All hands on deck
1. Preparing for the construction site includes clearing the land, grading, and preparing the foundation area.

2. Demolition is the process of carefully tearing down the existing structure to create a clean slate for new construction. Essentially, it's the initial step of breaking down the old to make way for the new.

3. Foundation: This involves pouring concrete for the ground floor or basement slab, foundation walls, and footings for point loads,

4. Framing: Building the structural framework of the home using wood or steel. This includes constructing the walls, floors, ceilings, and roof using wooden or steal studs, joists, headers, and beams to create the structural support for the building.

5. Mechanical: Systems within a building that provide heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical wiring, essentially all the functional systems needed to make a space comfortable and usable; it's considered one of the key phases of a home build alongside structural work and finishes.

6 Window and Door Installation: Installing windows and doors.

7. Insulation: The insulation layer is placed within the wall cavity, floors, and ceilings to prevent heat from escaping in winter and keep cool air inside during summer, thus improving energy efficiency.

8. Drywall: The drywall panels are attached over the insulation, providing a smooth surface for painting or wallpapering while also contributing slightly to thermal regulation.

9. Finishing is the final stage of a construction project where all the cosmetic details and decorative elements are added, including exterior cladding: Installing siding, roofing, and exterior finishes, painting, flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, and any other elements that contribute to the final aesthetic appearance of the home.

10. Deep Clean: A thorough cleaning process that takes place after a renovation project is completed, involving the removal of all dust, debris, construction materials, and residue left behind, essentially making the space habitable and ready for use again by removing any traces of the renovation work; it includes tasks like sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and sanitizing areas.

11. Landscaping: Completing landscaping work around the house.
